Who We’re Looking For

- A real passion for fitness (your own journey counts)
- High energy and confidence speaking with new people
- Self-driven, accountable, and coachable
- Comfortable with volume, follow-up, and closing

We provide a safe hourly baseline so you have consistency, but income here is driven by performance — not clock-watching.
Our Performance Advisors earn 10%–35% commission on everything they sell, including:
- Memberships
- Supplements and retail
- Personal training packages and programs
There is no cap on commissions.

Most team members earn $500–$2,000 per month in commissions, on top of hourly pay.
