The Assistant Manager at Workout Anytime is responsible for leading the team and ensuring the club meets its revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and addressing member needs to build value in club amenities and services.
- Leading the team to execute skill sets effectively and maintain a cohesive team environment.
- Thriving in a competitive sales position while meeting challenging monthly quotas.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks, including club cleanliness.
- Generating new member enrollments through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach.
- Converting telephone inquiries into appointments for club tours and scheduling new members for Success Sessions.
- Maintaining the club immaculately and ensuring all prospect/guest information is entered into the management software system.

Overseeing the retention strategy and ensuring the fitness department generates the required number of monthly assessments/complimentary sessions.
The Assistant Manager must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a desire to help members and potential members improve their health and wellness journey. - 4 Sources
