Workout Anytime is hiring motivated Membership Sales Representatives for our Raleigh and Rolesville locations.
This is not a front-desk job where you sit behind a counter and collect a paycheck. You will connect with prospective members, bring people into the gym, understand their goals, and help them make a decision that can genuinely improve their lives.
Unlike most gyms, we pay our sales representatives a guaranteed base plus uncapped commissions and individual and team bonuses. The more value you create and the stronger you perform, the more you can earn.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective members by phone, text, and in person
- Consistently conduct outbound follow-up with leads
- Schedule appointments and give high-energy club tours
- Understand each prospect’s goals and recommend the right membership
- Follow up until prospects make a decision
- Help create an energetic, welcoming, results-focused gym
- Maintain accurate lead records and meet daily activity expectations
- Contribute to membership, revenue, and retention goals
