We're looking for people who are interested in a Sales Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but aren't sure how or where to start. In this position, this superstar will help us find people, set appointments to get them into our club, work with them to get on a membership that fits their needs and help them understand how personal training plans can help them.
Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants will be in charge of managing a balance between the generation of their new leads and following up on their existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in the door and get them healthy, happy, and members for life!

Pay: Hourly rate, Commission, Bonus and promotion are available.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
- Greeting and checking in all members
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful and professional manner
- Setting up new memberships
- Selling personal training
- Conducting guest tours
- Assisting with club’s daily maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
- To participate in or manage marketing events
- Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancelled lists
- Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
- A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends. Previous gym experience also preferred.
